Apio Agricultural Cooling Facility Expansion

The Apio Agricultural Cooler Facility Expansion consists of a 49,506 square foot expansion to its existing 155,233 square foot facility. The project also provides for rectification of access and utility easement that were either needed to be moved or antiquated. Apio was involved in processing this application for well over a year with little progress and much expense in moving the project through the City approval process. RPS was called in to get their project moving again. By negotiating with the city and coordination with the project team, RPS was able to move the project forward and get final approvals within three months obtaining the necessary approvals from the City.
