The Santa Barbara County Zoning Administrator approved the development of a Tier II winery located along the Wine Trail on Foxen Canyon Road. The changes included the conversion of an existing 2,400 square foot single family dwelling into a winery support structure which includes a 330 square foot wine tasting room, four offices, an employee break room, restrooms, and a retail sales area. The site will be enhanced through substantial new landscaping, benches, walking paths, and a decorative pergola. The existing 2,100 square foot winery support structure is currently used to ferment, barrel store, and bottle wine from the existing vineyards.
The winery will produce a maximum of 20,000 cases of wine annually and will offer daily tasting from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday.
